Cancellation within Initial 30 Days of Purchasing MoverPilot
Customers may cancel their MoverPilot subscription within the initial 30 days of signing up. To initiate cancellation and be eligible for a full refund, please email us at support@moverpilot.ai. Our team will process your request promptly, and the full subscription amount will be refunded to your original payment method (minus transaction fees, if applicable).
Cancellation after Initial 30 Days of Purchasing MoverPilot
- All payments made after the initial 30 days are non-refundable.
- No credits or refunds are issued for partially used subscriptions.
- You will retain access to MoverPilot through the end of the current billing cycle.
- We do not offer prorated refunds. Refunds apply only if cancellation occurs within the first 30 days.
Notice Period and Monthly Payments
- Month-to-month subscribers can cancel anytime after the first 30 days.
- Your monthly billing date is based on your subscription start date.
- A 30-day written notice is required before your desired cancellation date.
- If notice is received within 29 days, the following month’s fee will still be charged, and access will continue until the notice period ends.
Cancellation under 12-Month Agreement
- To cancel a 12-month agreement early, email support@moverpilot.ai and complete an Early Termination Request Form.
- An early termination fee equal to two months’ worth of subscription fees will apply.
- A 30-day notice is still required.
- If notice is submitted within 29 days of the desired cancellation date, the next billing cycle and outstanding payments remain due.
- Cancellation is confirmed only after payment of the termination fee. Access will remain until the end of the current cycle.
Data Retention and Account Reactivation
- After cancellation, you have 3 days to reactivate your account without losing data.
- Beyond this window, all account data (leads, contacts, workflows, pipelines, phone numbers, documents, etc.) is permanently deleted.
- It is your responsibility to download or transfer assets before cancellation is finalized.
Refunds, Unused Features, Credits, and Non-Refundable Fees
Refunds do not apply to unused features, unused credits, or pay-per-use fees such as SMS, email, and call charges. These are non-refundable. We encourage all users to make full use of their subscription before cancellation.
Account Parking Option
You may park your account for $40/month (up to 6 months) to retain all data without active platform access.
- During this period, your account is inactive and inaccessible until reactivated.
- After 6 months, billing automatically resumes at your original subscription rate.
- You can reactivate anytime during the 6 months by emailing support@moverpilot.ai.
Downgrading Subscription
Instead of cancelling, you may downgrade to a lower-tier plan with limited features. Email support@moverpilot.ai to request plan downgrade assistance.
Cancellation Notification and Confirmation
To cancel your MoverPilot subscription:
- Email support@moverpilot.ai from your registered account address.
- Use the subject line: “Subscription Cancellation Request.”
- Include in your email:
- Full name
- MoverPilot account username
- Reason for cancellation
Our team will acknowledge your request within 1–2 business days, confirm the request, and finalize the cancellation.
- If cancellation is within 30 days, the refund will be processed in 7–14 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once cancellation is completed.
Termination by MoverPilot
MoverPilot reserves the right to terminate any account for Terms of Service violations or misuse. Users will be notified accordingly.
Policy Update Provision
We may update this cancellation policy at any time. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.

Our team will confirm and share payment instructions. Once payment is received, your account will be parked.
To reactivate, email us anytime within the 6-month period.
