REFUND POLICY AND PAYMENT AGREEMENT

Welcome to MoverPilot! Our mission is to deliver a powerful, streamlined CRM and automation experience for moving companies. Please review our Refund Policy and Payment Agreement, which explains the terms for cancellations, refunds, and billing for MoverPilot subscriptions.

Refund Policy

MoverPilot provides licensed access to an all-in-one SaaS platform built for moving businesses. Core functionality includes: lead and contact management, AI-powered quoting, job scheduling, email and SMS marketing, 2-way texting, call tracking and recording, online booking forms, automation campaigns, invoicing, and reporting dashboards.

If you are not satisfied, new customers are eligible for a full refund within the first 30 days of account activation. To request a refund, please email support@moverpilot.ai.

  • After the 30-day period, all subscription payments are non-refundable, and no credits are issued for unused time.
  • Refunds are subject to a 4.5% transaction fee deducted from the refunded amount. This fee is set by the payment processor and is non-refundable to MoverPilot.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 7–14 business days to process after approval.

MoverPilot reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or abuse of this policy. Refunds are not issued for:

  • Partial subscription periods
  • Add-ons or feature upgrades
  • SMS, email, or telephony charges

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Eligibility

This guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers. Existing clients who switch plans or sign a new agreement after the initial 30-day window are not eligible for refunds.

Account Termination and Data Retention

To cancel your subscription, email support@moverpilot.ai. Upon cancellation:

  • All user data will be permanently deleted unless legally required to retain it.
  • You will retain access to your account until the end of your current billing period.

Unused Features and Credits

Unused subscription features or account credits are non-refundable. We encourage you to make full use of all tools and services available during your active subscription.

Non-Refundable Usage Fees

Charges for SMS, email, calls, and other telephony services are non-refundable. Refunds, when approved, only apply to subscription fees and do not cover pay-per-use communication features.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund:

  1. Send an email to support@moverpilot.ai with the subject line “Refund Request.”
  2. Our billing team will acknowledge your request within 1–2 business days.
  3. If eligible, we will send you a Refund Authorization Form.
  4. Once authorized, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Authorized Payment Method

You must maintain a valid payment method on file. Your payment method (“Authorized Payment Method”) will be charged automatically for:

  • Subscription fees
  • Communication usage fees

until your account is canceled and all dues are cleared.

Payment Agreement

By subscribing to MoverPilot, you agree to pay the selected plan fee according to your chosen billing cycle:

  • Monthly subscriptions are charged each month on your signup date.
  • Annual subscriptions are charged once a year on the signup date.
  • If you change plans, new charges take effect immediately.

To avoid further billing, cancel your subscription before the next renewal cycle.

Pricing Changes

MoverPilot reserves the right to update pricing or billing terms at any time. Users will be notified via email and website updates. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
