These Terms of Service (“Terms” or “Agreement”) govern your access and use of the website www.moverpilot.ai and all associated applications, dashboards, services, or platforms (collectively referred to as the “Website”), operated by MoverPilot LLC (“MoverPilot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using any part of the Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), Subscription Documentation, and other related documents by reference.
If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a moving business or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use or access our Services.
MoverPilot provides a licensed, all-in-one CRM and automation platform designed specifically for moving companies. The Services include, but are not limited to: lead management, job scheduling, online booking forms, AI-powered quoting, contact management, email and SMS marketing, 2-way texting, outbound and inbound calls, call tracking and recording, pipeline management, e-signature, invoice and payment tools, AI integrations, and performance reporting dashboards.
MoverPilot reserves the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time with or without notice.
To access MoverPilot Services, you may be required to register and create a user account. You agree to:

MoverPilot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services during your subscription. You may not:

Messages via Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business are free.
Wallet Requirement: You must maintain a wallet balance of at least $10 to use outbound services. Wallets auto-recharge based on usage.
Complimentary Credits: Non-transferable credits for SMS, calls, or emails may be issued monthly and expire at the end of each billing period.

By submitting content, you grant MoverPilot a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute it for business purposes.

MoverPilot reserves the right to remove content or restrict access for violations.
MoverPilot uses GoHighLevel’s infrastructure and does not support snapshot creation for accounts transitioning out of our ecosystem. Transfers are only permitted in the event of an agency acquisition or merger. Clients leaving MoverPilot are responsible for:
We do not guarantee support or functionality after transition.
MoverPilot targets 99% uptime excluding scheduled maintenance. Support is provided via email, chat, and ticketing. Premium plans include priority support.
MoverPilot integrates with services like Twilio, Stripe, OpenAI, and others. Use of these services may require separate accounts and terms. MoverPilot is not responsible for disruptions caused by these services.
Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information using industry-standard safeguards and not disclose it to third parties, except as necessary for service delivery.
All intellectual property rights in the platform and content belong to MoverPilot. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any portion of the platform without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold MoverPilot harmless from any claims arising from:
MoverPilot agrees to indemnify you against claims that the Services infringe third-party intellectual property rights when used as permitted.
Either party may terminate the Agreement with 30 days’ notice or immediately upon breach. Upon termination:

Clients subscribed for at least 6 months may request a one-time 30-day hardship extension by emailing support@moverpilot.ai. Approval is at MoverPilot’s sole discretion.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida.
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, AUP, and related documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and MoverPilot. No oral agreements shall override this document.
